How long will it take to receive my items?

We aim to ship all orders within 3-5 working days of receiving your payment. If we cannot, we will attempt to contact you and give you the option to cancel your order.

When my order will be processed if placed during the weekend?

As we do not work during the weekend, your order will be processed on Monday.

What is the delivery charge?

For orders to be delivered to any UK addresses we charge £3.95. However it may vary due to different weight of selected items or given discount.
The delivery charge for Smart Boxes ™ is £6.80 as it is sent by 1st Class Delivery.
The Smart Box™ will normally be dispatched on the same day if ordered before 12pm and delivered the next working day (working day being Monday to Friday). Orders after 12pm will be dispatched on the next working day and delivered on the following working day. However we are not responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail.
The shipping price will be clearly displayed whilst placing an order. No other charges will be applied. The price you see at the checkout is final and will not be increased after the order has been placed and paid in any circumstances.

When can I get free delivery?

If your total order is £50 or more you will not be charged for the delivery.

This offer does not include Smart Boxes ™ where a delivery charge is applicable.

What types of credit cards do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards. We use PayPal as a Payment Gateway. We can also take payments over the telephone.

Can I pay by cheque?

Yes, you can, but your cheque has to be cleared before your order is sent.

How to place an order if I want to pay by cheque?

In that case whilst being at the checkout please select OFFLINE as a payment method. Your order will stay on the system but will be on hold till the cheque is received and cleared.

Can I return my items?

We hope that you will be happy with your purchases, however you may return unused items within 7 days and we will either exchange them or refund you. Please note that we are unable to refund postage costs unless the items are faulty/damaged or if we have made a mistake.

Do you accepts all items returns?

We do not accept returns of items under £5, unless they are faulty/damaged.
