We do not accept returns of items under
£5, unless they are faulty/damaged.
2. You cannot cancel an order once we have accepted it, unless this is agreed in writing
by Find Perfect Gift via e-mail and with our agent.
3. It is your responsibility to check the goods on delivery.
4. If faulty goods are to be returned to us must be in their original packaging together with all accessories.
You must repackage the item in its original box with your receipt. You must ship your item prepaid.
You will not be reimbursed for any shipping charges unless items arrives damaged and is reported
to customer service on day of delivery.
5. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Your satisfaction is our primary concern, but if for some reason you are dissatisfied
with your purchase please contact our customer service department via e-mail

or contact customer service at 0208 061 10 56 within 7 days of purchase.
7. You will receive a full refund if an order has not been authorised by the person who's name
is shown on the credit or debit card by e-mail and after personal contact from Find Perfect Gift Customer Service.
8. The refund will be payable only to the account person or company that made the payment.
